Q: What are the areas of purchase interest? A: Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana and West Virginia.
Q: How is the price determined? A: An evaluation of public data is done by technical experts, such as engineers, geologists, and landmen.
Q: How long does a sale take to close? A: Usually, price evaluations and title review can be done in 30 days or less. Expedited closing can also be done upon request.
